Position Overview

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our filter manufacturing facilities and supply chain across the region. You will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities

· Lead the manufacturing operations in Singapore, which includes production, quality, materials management, warehouse, EHS, maintenance, etc. Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.

· Ensure that all manufactured products meet or exceed the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement robust quality control processes and conduct regular audits to maintain product integrity.

· Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all operational functions. Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives.

· Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. Streamline the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products while minimizing costs.

· Develop and manage operational budgets for Singapore facility. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control expenditures.

· Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and process improvement efforts.

· Promote a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

· Adhere to the company’s policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.

· Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

· Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment that encourages professional growth and career advancement.

· Work closely with parent company in USA on all operational matters.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.

· Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Responsible for preparation of Instrument list , Instrument Data-sheets , Instrument cable schedules , FAT/ SAT procedures, conducting FAT/ SAT and signing-off FAT with client

Requirements

Our Water Business would like to hire a Resident Engineer Mechanical to oversee all Mechanical matters for the construction of the project. Provide guidance to the Mechanical Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) responsible for specific CWRP contracts to maintain consistency across all the contracts and ensure that all works are following the specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
